Motley Crue has recently announced that they are the first band ever in history to have released a single and promoted the song by launching it in a video game. The astronomically famous rock band recently released “Saints of Los Angeles” and for now, is exclusively launched in the game Rock Band before making a full debut in their next album titled “Dirt”. Prior to this, the song was also made available to ardent Crue fans whenever they access the popular Spinner music website. To listen to “Saints of Los Angeles” fans will need to get their hands on either an XBOX 360 or a Sony PS3. Then they will have to pay 99 cents to access the song via XBOX Live and PlayStation Network respectively.
In related news, Motley Crue has also revealed that their brand new tour will kick off on August 11 at the GM Place. Concert tickets are priced between $39.50 and $85.

Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday concert will be hosted at the Hyde Park in London this June. The Hollywood actor Will Smith is invited as the master of ceremonies for this event. Will Smith is a big fan of this greatest personality, who was the former President of South Africa and was very happy to take up the job as host .The organizers for this concert, is 46664, the organization of Mandela to campaign against AIDS. The name of charity organization “four double six six four” is derived from the combination of prison number 466 Mandela was holding, while he was in Robben Island and his year of imprisonment, 1964 .
The event will see the performances by leading musical bands like Spice Girls, U2, Queen and artists like Annie Lennox. The 2008 concert on June 28th is expected to be one of the biggest concert shows in U.K and ticket registration for the concert has already started. The organizers of this concert is trying to bring Eminem , the artist who created controversy by referring black women as “dumb chicks” in one of his track. He was made to apologize in 2003 about his blunt lyrics. The fund raised will be used for global campaigning against AIDS.

Haitian hip-hop star Wyclef Jean gave a spectacular open-air concert near Port-au-Prince’s presidential palace on Saturday. Together with Jean, Senegalese-American singer Akon performed at the concert. President Rene Preval named Jean Haiti’s goodwill ambassador, and now, the singer sees his mission in changing his country’s international image.

For Hannah Montana fans that missed the artist’s sold-out concert tour, the new 2008 year will bring the next best thing. 3-D concert film by Walt Disney Pictures’ entitled “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert” will have a 1-week run starting from February 1 through February 7. Advance Hannah Montana concert tickets for the limited theatrical release are already on sale. The movie will be shown in Disney Digital 3-D.

Especially for this occasion, the official paper has launched the Sealand Awards by calling the Lords and Ladies of the Principality of Sealand.
