The highly energetic siblings from New Jersey, Kevin, Joe and Nick will start their summer tour of North America from July 4th. Apart from the already announced shows, they have added some more performances at cities like Anaheim, Baltimore, Tampa, West Palm Beach and at Madison Square Garden in New York. As they have a wide fan base, they are trying to cover 40 cities during the tour. Jonas Brothers will release their third album “A Little Bit Longer” on August 12th. The trio has been offered some roles in the big screen by the Disney Digital. People in all age group will like the concerts of these siblings and the tickets for the tour shows are moving very fast.

World famous hard rocking and heavy metal band Def Leppard will tour North America starting from July 30th. The tour will kick off from Hidalgo, Texas and will cover most of the North American cities as well as some provinces in Canada. This classic rock group is presently busy with their ongoing European tour wherein most of the tickets are sold out. The group is more enthusiastic about the American tour and is back to full strength as their lead vocalist Joe Elliot has recovered from infection of the respiratory tract.  The American concerts of Def Leppard will have special guests like Black Hearts, Billy Idol, Joan Jett and Everclear to open the shows. The band will be promoting the album “Songs From the Sparkle Lounge” during the concert tour.

The alternative rock group from Britain which started its Viva la Vida world tour on June 16th will have the official launch of their North American tour on July 14th at Los Angeles. The concert group will visit many places in U.S and Canada during this trek and many of their shows will be opened by the reggae star Santogold. The Coldplay will support their recent release “Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends” through this tour. The Coldplay’s concerts at Montreal, Chicago, Washington DC, Boston and Toronto will be kick starting with Santogold’s performance. Some of the tickets to these concerts are still on sale.

 The legendary entertainer Elton John who is at present touring North America added new shows to his schedule. His “Red Piano” show that started in May will continue in Las Vegas from June 18th and Elton has announced overseas shows in July. He is planning to visit UK, Germany and Italy. Elton will visit Canada along with his band in August for three concerts. The shows of the Rocket man are so captivating that the music lovers will flock to his live concerts.  The ticket sale for the European shows of “Red Piano” has already started and is in great demand.

My Morning Jacket has consented to perform a headlining concert at the Madison Square Garden in New York on the New Year Eve’s on December 31. The My Morning Jacket band has been for the past two years performing a gig on New Year’s Eve and is continuing their tradition this year as well. My Moring Jacket fans in New York are thrilled to receive them on December 31 and the band is expecting the concert to be a total sell out. The tickets to the Madison Square concert will go on sale from June 27 and the band is preparing to treat the New Yorkers with mind blowing music.

The American Idol winner in 2005, Carrie Underwood, will be on a touring spree come September end as she is slated to perform more than 50 shows on her continuing “Carnival Ride” concert tour. The 2008 CMA award winner for leading female vocalist will be covering all the major cities across United States and Canada and will be concluding her fall trek on December 14th at Gainesville, Florida. Any die hard Carrie Underwood fan will be by now rushing to book tickets for her concert tour in their hometowns. She is undertaking this fall trek to support her latest musical offering to her fans titled “Carnival Ride”.

Tom Petty has started his North American summer tour earlier this month and the response that he has received in his concert shows so far will guarantee an increase in the sale of tickets for his future shows. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will be performing all through the months of June, July and August at important cities like Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Kansas City, Cincinnati etc and in some cities across Canada. The North American tour is in support of the Heartbreakers first full length self-titled album that was released in April. Tom Petty has surprised everyone by undertaking yet another road trip as he had announced last year that the trip in 2007 would be his last one.

 Ruby Dee and the Snakehandlers have made massive plans this fall as they go on a concert tour to support their forthcoming album “Miles from Home”. The foursome group’s new album is slated to release on June 24 and the Seattle based band group has been touring continuously for the past one and half years to increase their fan base across America. The band will kick start their tour on August 28 at Eagle, Idaho and will be seen performing at San Antonio, Los Angeles, Nashville, Austin and

San Francisco. The fans in these centers are eagerly waiting to book their tickets well in advance.

Coheed and Cambria will finish their present Northern U.S tour this week and are planning another tour of the U.S spanning California to South Carolina following their performance at the Milwaukee Summer fest on July 2. They are heading to Europe in June to support their latest album “No World for Tomorrow’. The tickets are on sale for this newly announced concert tour and fans can grab tickets either through various online ticket selling websites or at the centers where they will be performing. The two week trek will start on July 27 at Alpine in California and will wind up at the House of Blues in South Carolina.
