The well-known Australian electro-folk band New Buffalo and the popular Canadian rock group Stars have offered a night of intimate and stylish pop in a full performance that was recorded live from Washington, D.C. The Stars band has recently recorded their 4th and best album, the powerful In Our Bedroom After the War. It’s a state-of-art mix of joy and sorrow, set against a wash of 1980’s-pop-inspired guitars and rhythms. The band was formed by Campbell in 2000 together with keyboardist Chris Seligman before they decided to relocate from NYC to Montreal. Later, the two musicians were joined later by singer Amy Millan and drummer Pat McGee.
